Autumn in Black Mountain

Autumn Hope Joyner has been sighted in the United States!  For those of you who do not know this life force, here is the scoop.  Autumn was a year ahead of David and I at Campbell.  Also a religion major, we became good friends with her and started playing music together.  We lived and traveled around together for a summer leading music at youth camps.  She lead worship with us for Campbell's BSU.  All of this to say, she is a special lady to us!  After Autumn graduated she took a huge leap of faith and left for Peru as a missionary for two years (she had a Spanish minor so she did just fine down there!).  She has been back in the states for a few months, but we just got to see her this weekend at Missions Extravaganza (which we are photographing, so more on that later!).  Tonight we had a jam/catch up session in our retro room that David and I were put in.  We just L.O.V.E. Autumn and are excited that we get to see her more and more in the coming days!

Here are a few images from the reunion...

Autumn and I are pondering how they were able to cover the walls with burlap...

Then we laughed about how silly it would be to do such a thing...

Then we got bored...

Just kidding, no boredness when the three of us are together!!
And here we have a standard cheese picture... but what a good one it is!

Everybody loves the classic arm extension shot.  Everybody ALSO loves 70's orange curtains.

We love you Autumn and are so glad you are home!
