Family Story: Bagwell Family

We love referrals around here.  It is so fun getting connected with new people.  Remember Robyn from the sister shoot just a few posts ago?  Robyn has been awesome at referring us to others... and that is how I got to meet the beautiful Bagwell family!  Robyn works with Paige (Mom) at the Salvation Army here in Raleigh.

Sunday afternoon was crisp and sunny as we met up a Pullen Park here in Raleigh.  It was such a gorgeous day that we saw one or two other photographers walking around with families!  Let's get right to the cuteness...

Aren't they cute!?  I could have followed them around all day long.

Who can resist a diaper butt??

This is not as easy as it looks… getting a one year old to smile and look at me at the same time as Mom and Dad (usually the parents are trying to entertain like I am!)

I hear Lyla is already a Daddy's girl...

Don't worry Lyla, I like the sound of the leaves crunching under my feet too.

Lyla toddled on over my way so I went with it.

I can now say that I have shot on a moving carousel (David got to at the fair)... Lyla was LOVING it!

Not many one year olds would have hung in there this long with me.  Girl is still all smiles.

To close the session Lyla decided we could be best friends by scooting right on over to me and grabbing my knee- I love making new friends!

I had a awesome time hanging our with you all at Pullen Park, Bagwell Family!  Thanks for braving the chilly breeze- I think you pulled off looking warmer than you really were.  Good luck choosing a Christmas card picture!
