Sister Story: Kelly and Caitlin

As I waited for these two girls the morning before Thanksgiving I hoped that they would be the fun type, because it was cold- it takes a certain fun type of person that can fake warmth in a picture.  Kelly emailed me a great list of things that she and Caitlin have in common and like to do together.  Armed with that information we decided to explore around downtown Raleigh for some great spots.  Notice that I have linked up many of the fine Raleigh establishments that we visited... check them out!

These pictures are a Christmas present for their parents so they went with red and green... so I matched their red and green!  Chairs courtesy of the Purple Armchair.  This store is AWESOME- my friend Laura manages it, so let her know Story Photographers sent you.  PS- These girls have GORGEOUS eyes!

I love this wall... Caitlin was reminiscing about pictures from when they were little.  She decided to recreate pictures of her and Kelly for me... you might get scared.

Next we walked a few blocks over to Harry's Guitar Shop.  This is where I got my guitar back in high school-  don't ask me to play anything though, I leave that up to David.  Caitlin and Kelly love music...

A this point we were almost frozen so we drove to another section of downtown for another activity that Kelly and Caitlin love to do together- drink coffee.  So we headed to the OOOOH so cute Morning Times.  This place is funky funky, so you know I love it.  Downstairs they serve coffee and other drinks, food, etc.  Upstairs is a way cool sitting area surrounded by art.  Can I move in?

They also said they love to laugh together... I got to experience a lot of that!

To wrap up the morning we ended with some more "traditional" portraits with the last of the fall colors serving as the backdrop.
