Wedding Story: Andrea and Roko

The day after Lauren and Perry's wedding we woke up excited to hang out with Andrea and Roko on their big day! I knew that David and I were going to mesh really well with Andrea and Roko's style. I met the girls at Lake Johnson to start the group pictures and WOW was I met with some forces of energy!! Andrea knew how to pick just the right girls to keep her day fun and energetic...

The caution tape on Andrea's apartment door was accurate :)

Andrea was such a naturally gorgeous bride...

Andrea and Roko wanted to get as many combinations of group pictures out of the way as possible before the ceremony, but without seeing each other...

The girls got to the All Saints Chapel first, so Andrea and I decided to take advantage of the GORGEOUS light pouring into the room...

The reception was held at the Wagner House in Clayton.

Roko sang it to Andrea on one knee and had never met her!

Wedding Story: Lauren and Perry

I know Lauren is about to hunt me down and say "WHERE IN THE WORLD IS MY BLOG POST?!" ... except she wouldn't do that because she is so darn sweet :) Lauren is a faithful blog and facebook page stalker so I am sooo happy to be bringing you her wedding post! Let's do it!

Because of the time change, Lauren and Perry decided to have a first look so that they could do pictures at Lake Wheeler, a beautiful and special place for them. Perry's reaction to seeing his bride in the romantic afternoon light by the lake was so sweet-- I'm not going to lie, he was not the only person with tears in their eyes!

So dreamy and romantic...

The reception was at the funky Meymandi Theatre at the Murphey School. Loved it.

To smash or not to smash...

Lauren is one of those people that loves to pop bubble packaging...

so she made all her dreams come true and had her entire wedding party, family and guests dance on bubble paper! It was loud and everyone loved it!
